As part of our project, we plan to implement training programs focused on ICT knowledge. In line with the objectives of the project, our goal is to develop the knowledge and competencies of our employees, thereby laying the foundation for improving our operations and productivity.

Beneficiary name: IRON-TECH Kereskedelmi, Szolgáltató és Gyártó Kft.
Development objective: Improving the adaptability and productivity of employees and companies through workforce development.

Grant amount:

  • Training cost support: up to 2,160,000 HUF
  • Wage subsidy for lost working hours: up to 1,500,000 HUF
  • Project management costs: up to 175,000 HUF

Training objective:
The aim of the course is to familiarize participants with the use of one of the most frequently used Microsoft Office programs, enabling them to edit and work with spreadsheets while enhancing their digital and ICT skills. The training specifically focuses on demonstrating the filtering capabilities in Excel and mastering advanced filtering operations to ensure more effective and proficient user competence.

Training content:

  • Sorting data based on multiple columns
  • Custom sorting
  • Filtering by data type:
    • Date filter
    • Number filter
  • Text filter
  • Filtering by color
  • Creating queries using a single condition
  • Creating queries using multiple conditions

The training specifically focuses on demonstrating the application of pivot tables in Excel and mastering their advanced use to ensure more efficient and high-level user competence.
